Contact list


Filter your list of contacts, for example by industry, post code, city or under the staff member involved. Use the fast search through all contacts or narrow down the list according to the first letter of the company name. These and other functions help you work more efficiently.

Customers


Manage your company and personal data. Extensive filter options mean you always know what´s going on. Record people´s activities such as telephone calls or the results of meetings. Comprehensive input possibilities guarantee the highest extent of flexibility. When using this index you will keep the overwiew at all times. Administrate the master data of your contact, get further contacts concerning one company, or receive all forecasts regarding one particular customer. You will even receive a list of all attached documents that exist in relation to a contact.

Person file


Many input options to give you the best possible overview. The telephone icon for direct dialling is behind each telephone number. Record your contact´s birthday or the name of the secretary or supervisor. Of course you can also see all previous activities and campaigns.

Staff


Manage all staff-relevant data and allocate employees tasks and responsibilities. Store employee discussions and assessments. Direct dial all customers and staff members. There are of course also more fields available for employees and customers.


Full-text search of all data in the database, arranged by person, company, activity, forecast and attached files.

Phone call, SMS or e-mail - straight out of SIS


No more tiresome copying of telephone numbers off your computer screen. Simply click on the telephone button, and save money at the same time! We can even connect other telephone systems to our database, for example via an XML interface or TAPI (Telephone Application Interface). You can use the SMS service from Candor to get in contact with your client directly out of SIS. Even you can send e-mails out of SIS with you standard mail client.

Campaigns


Create mailing campaigns or invitations to fairs, Christmas parties or other special occasions with the Campaign Manager. Predetermined mailing groups can be selected with ease, and attachments can be sent with the mail.


Offers, letters, pictures, etc. can be allocated specifically to a customer or activity, and they are easy to find.

Forecasts


Keep your eye on developments. For example: choose the time period, industry, customer group or weighting class and have the result displayed in real time. Store forecasts separately and export them to Excel, so you can join them up with other data. Filter them according to customer, industry, period, employee, expected period and expected value, current value and weighting. With these filters you can create and store individually tailored forecasts. These forecasts then update themselves in real time with the data in the database. So, for example, you can see how a given product has established itself on the market over the last six months. And you can observe current developments by viewing your forecasts, without having to make a new inquiry every time.

Logging


Every activity in the system is logged. Only system administrators and users with extended rights can view the logs. All kinds of evaluations of this data can help serve as a basis for greater transparency.

Admin


Manage your content. Edit figures and in the following tables and configure the system to your needs:
  • Campaigns (mailings, invitations, etc.)
  • Sections (industries)
  • Countries
  • Salutation
  • Weight (percentage weighting of the activity / the project)
  • VoIP (telephone support with the Internet, also TAPI)
  • Logging


You always have all the information you need at your fingertips: your customers, your staff and the ongoing activities.


All data records selected are stored in History. That way you have fast access to the data used, such as contact person, customer, activities, etc.


A comprehensive access authorization system leaves no room for further desires. Administrate all access rights of SIS directly by using a user/group system. The matrix is designed in an easy and self-explanatory way. All available rights are arranged in alphabetical order. It is possible to change access rights dynamical for each individual group without alienating them separately to each user.

Export

Reports & campaigns can be exported to Excel for easy further processing.

Import

On request we import your data from your current software. Excel tables can also be integrated at any time.

Language versions

SIS is available in several languages. You can choose among German, English, Italian and Spanish and even Hebrew. The language can be diversified within one company, that means that, for instance, the main language can be German but the colleagues in UK work with the user interface in English. Other languages can be implemented within 24 hours, and by request you can even have a database created that comes in your own dialect. :-).
